Legacy Limos

Service Contract

Terms in plain language.

The summary below covers the most common questions about how a Legacy Limos booking works. Your full service contract — including the precise cancellation policy — is provided at the time of booking.

Booking & Deposit

A refundable-by-contract $100 deposit confirms your booking and secures your date. The deposit is applied to your final balance.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is settled after your ride. Accepted payment methods are confirmed in your quote.

Minimums

All bookings carry a 3-hour minimum. A full-day booking covers 12 hours.

Capacity

The Sprinter accommodates 13 to 14 passengers. Bookings cannot exceed posted capacity for safety and insurance reasons.

Food & Drink

Food and beverages are welcome onboard. A cleaning surcharge applies only in cases of excessive mess.

Conduct & Safety

Passengers are expected to follow Ontario law and the chauffeur's reasonable instructions. Behaviour that endangers the vehicle, the chauffeur or other passengers may end the booking without refund.

Damages

The booking party is responsible for damage caused during the ride beyond ordinary wear and tear.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms — including notice windows and applicable fees — are detailed in the service contract you receive at booking.

Delays

We commit to on-time arrival. Where unforeseen conditions (traffic, weather, road closures) cause delay, we'll communicate proactively and do everything reasonable to keep your night on schedule.

Insurance & Licensing

Legacy Limos operates under CVOR 166-350-835 with full commercial coverage.
