How do I book?

Request a quote through our form or call us directly. We'll confirm availability and send you a clear, custom quote. A $100 deposit secures your date — the balance is settled after your ride.

What areas do you serve?

The Greater Toronto Area, surrounding regions, and Muskoka. This includes Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Hamilton, Markham and Oakville.

What events do you cover?

Weddings, proms and graduations, corporate and executive travel, airport transfers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, concerts, wine tours and birthdays.

How many passengers does the Sprinter seat?

Between 13 and 14 passengers in quilted leather lounge seating.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes — a 3-hour minimum applies to all bookings. A full-day booking covers 12 hours.

Can we bring food and drinks?

Absolutely. Bring what you'd like. A cleaning surcharge only applies in cases of excessive mess.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are detailed in your service contract, which is sent to you at the time of booking.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Legacy Limos operates under CVOR 166-350-835 with full commercial coverage.

Is the bus wheelchair accessible?

Our current Sprinter is not configured for wheelchair access. If you have specific accessibility needs, please call us and we'll be transparent about what we can accommodate.

Do you offer wedding or multi-stop packages?

Yes — wedding day timing, multi-stop wine tours and complex itineraries are part of our custom quote process. Tell us the plan and we'll price it.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Deposits and balances are arranged at the time of booking. We accept standard payment methods — details are confirmed in your quote.

How early should we book?

Weekend dates, prom season and wedding season book up fast. The earlier you reach out, the better your chances of locking in your date.
